Are you ready to share your voice and experiences to inspire and empower other women?

I'm excited to announce the revival of my former BlogTalkRadio show, Ladies, Let's Talk, now reimagined as a dynamic podcast launching in early 2026. After stepping away to focus on my full-time faculty position, I'm returning with renewed energy and a fresh vision for authentic conversations among women.

About the Show: This podcast brings together five women for roundtable discussions on topics that impact our lives—from career and relationships to wellness, social issues, and everything in between. Each episode creates space for diverse experiences and perspectives, fostering the kind of honest, thought-provoking conversations that leave listeners feeling heard, informed, and connected.

Show Format:

• Pre-recorded monthly episodes (with potential to increase to bi-monthly or weekly based on growth)

• Three episodes will be recorded in advance before the first episode airs

• Flexible recording schedule to accommodate busy lives

• The podcast will be recorded via Zoom, so co-hosts are welcome to join remotely from wherever is most convenient. This setup allows for flexibility while still maintaining great audio and video quality

About This Opportunity: This is a volunteer position for women who are passionate about using their voice and experiences to uplift, inspire, and empower other women. If you believe in the power of shared stories and authentic dialogue to make a difference in women's lives, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking four volunteer co-hosts who are:

• Willing to share personal experiences and perspectives authentically

• Passionate about inspiring and empowering other women

• Respectful of diverse viewpoints and backgrounds

• Comfortable with spontaneous, engaging dialogue

• Committed to regular recording schedules

• Eager to contribute to a supportive community of women

• Active on social media and willing to promote episodes through their networks and email

Co-Host Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly recording sessions (initially)

• Promote episodes on personal social media platforms and through email

• Engage authentically in roundtable discussions

• Help build and support our listener community

Commitment: Co-hosts will participate in regularly scheduled podcast recordings beginning early 2026, starting with three advance recording sessions.

Application Deadline: December 31, 2025

Selection Process: If you are selected to move forward in the process for an interview, you will receive a letter within two weeks after the deadline with a link to schedule an appointment for the interview.
