There was a time in my life when everything changed.

In November 2022, just days after losing my father, I lost my memory and my ability to speak.

One moment, I was living the life I knew. The next, I was facing uncertainty unlike anything I had ever experienced.

There was no roadmap.
No guarantee.
No clear path forward.

Only a choice.

Would I allow that moment to define me, or would I find the courage to create a new chapter?

That experience transformed the way I view leadership, resilience, confidence, and personal growth. It taught me that transformation doesn't begin when we have all the answers. It begins when we choose to take the next step despite uncertainty.

Today, that lesson is the foundation of everything I do.

As the Founder and CEO of Fabulous Coaching, Training, and Productions, LLC, I help women and organizations navigate change, build confidence, increase visibility, and embrace opportunities for growth through speaking, training, coaching, and transformational programs.

My mission is simple:

To help people stop waiting for the perfect moment and start courageously stepping into their next chapter.

My Journey

Long before I stood on stages speaking about confidence and transformation, I was a painfully shy child growing up in Washington, D.C.

In fact, there was a time when I never imagined I would become a professor, speaker, entrepreneur, or trainer.

Yet, over time, I learned that growth often requires us to move beyond our comfort zones and trust ourselves before we feel fully ready.

That lesson carried me through a career spanning more than 15 years in higher education, where I taught and mentored students, developed future leaders, and helped others discover their potential.

It also carried me through seasons of profound personal loss, including the passing of my father, youngest sister, and beloved aunt within a short period of time.

Those experiences strengthened my belief that resilience is not about avoiding hardship. It is about learning how to rise when life presents unexpected challenges.

Throughout my own journey and through years of working with students, professionals, leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs, I noticed a common theme.

Many talented, capable people know they are meant for more.

Yet they struggle with:
